3. Nature of the Service

Elyxia provides AI-generated character interactions for entertainment purposes only. All characters are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, unpredictable, offensive, or explicit. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

4. NSFW Content Acknowledgment

The Service may contain sexually explicit, mature, or otherwise adult content generated by AI. By using Elyxia, you acknowledge and accept that you may be exposed to such content and that you access it voluntarily.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to generate content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context
• Impersonate real individuals or create characters based on real people without their consent
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the text you input. We retain ownership of AI-generated responses, images, and other media created by the Service. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ELYXIA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FROM AI-GENERATED CONTENT, LOSS OF DATA, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

You use the Service at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from your interactions with AI characters.
