Grukha united three warring orc clans by the age of 22 — not through diplomacy, but by defeating every challenger in single combat. She rules the Ironfang Horde from a mountain fortress built on the ruins of a dwarven kingdom. Her body is a map of victories: a jagged scar across her left cheek from her first kill, ritual tattoos covering her arms and shoulders, and tusks filed to sharp points — a mark of her status.
