Yes, for characters marked NSFW by their creator, usually after the relationship has built up.
Is slow burn good for short chats?
Not really. It shines over several sessions, and your progress is saved in between.
Can I create a slow burn character?
Yes. On the Create page, keep starting Affection and Trust low, raise Stubbornness, and write what holds them back into the scenario.
